Add rolling date range and different frequency (day/week/month) to list segment chart

Submitting this idea on behalf of a user:

Currently, segment size is default fixed to daily frequency reporting and there is no rolling date range available to view total segment size.

Adding any date property in a custom or single object report would report on the flow of contacts added or removed in that date range, but not a total comparison count of people in my segment today vs people in my segment 7 days ago.
would be great to make this possible and to add more snapshot metrics in general, as it helps a lot with business reporting.

Properties Access Audit

It would be beneficial to have a more streamlined way to view which properties users can access—without needing to open each property individually to review access settings. Enhancing both the UI and reporting capabilities in this area would significantly simplify property access audits.

Allow Custom Object Association Search by Multiple Properties (e.g. SKU, External ID)

Problem

When associating records for custom objects, the association search modal only searches the object’s primary display property (record name).

For standard objects like Contacts, users can search by multiple identifiers (e.g. name or email). This flexibility does not exist for custom objects, even when those objects rely on alternative unique identifiers such as SKUs or external IDs.

This limitation significantly impacts usability for teams managing large volumes of custom object records.

Use Case

We use a custom object (e.g. Tracks) that includes:

Track Name

Track SKU (unique)

When associating this object to Deals, users often know the SKU, not the record name. Today, the only workaround is to concatenate multiple values into the record name (e.g. Track Name – SKU), which:

Reduces data normalization

Requires additional workflows or imports

Is not always desirable for reporting or UI clarity

Proposed Solution

Allow admins to configure additional searchable properties for custom object association pickers.

Examples:

Select one or more properties to be searchable in association modals

Mark properties as “Searchable for associations”

Support unique identifiers such as SKU, External ID, or custom text fields

This would bring custom objects closer to feature parity with standard objects and greatly improve UX.

Business Impact

Faster and more accurate record associations

Reduced user frustration and training overhead

Cleaner data models (no forced composite record names)

Better scalability for product catalogs, assets, SKUs, and external-system records

Workarounds Today (Not Ideal)

Concatenating multiple fields into the record name

Relying on workflows or API updates to maintain display names

Training users to search only by record name

These are functional but brittle and increase operational complexity.

Summary

Custom objects are designed for advanced CRM use cases, but the current association search behavior limits their effectiveness. Adding configurable, multi-property search support would be a high-impact, low-friction improvement for admins and end users alike.

Property description in a "tooltip" on object records

When we work with multiple users on HubSpot and they need to read object records or fill out object creation form, they must document some properties and sometimes, they don't know what's the property details and information. They must ask to an admin or go in the property settings to read the property description. We should have an Info-Icon with a property description or tooltip available when we hover with our mouse.

Something we can set in HubSpot forms. It must be possible to have that in object records and everywhere we can preview objects informations in HubSpot.

Convert "Updated by User ID" ticket property to HubSpot User type

I'm trying to capture who is making changes to our tickets at specific points in time and need to copy the "Updated by User ID" property to a HubSpot User property in a workflow. This isn't possible right now because "Updated by User ID" is a number type field that captures the User ID and that doesn't mean anything to us.

Current use case: I want to capture the user that's escalating a ticket from our Tier 1 to Tier 2 pipeline. Plan is to copy the "Updated by User ID" property to a HubSpot User property whenever a ticket enters the Tier 2 pipeline and was previously in the Tier 1 pipeline.

I'd like either the "Updated by User ID" property to be converted from a number property that captures the user's ID to a HubSpot User property or create a new property called "Last updated by" that is a HubSpot User type field.

When adding columns to a Task view, I am able to select almost every Associated object except for Services. We use Services as our onboarding object and use Tasks with it.

The Task views allow me to add all the other standard objects and also let me add custom object associations as columns on a view.

Today, when writing an email directly from a contact record using “Create email”, there is no way to improve, rewrite, or optimize the message with AI once the text is written.

As a result, the workflow requires using external tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) and then copying and pasting the content back into HubSpot, which is time-consuming and breaks the flow.

Suggestion: add a native AI assistant directly inside the email editor, accessible via a button or shortcut, allowing users to:

-rewrite or improve the message,

-adjust tone,

-fix grammar and clarity,

-shorten or expand content,

-similar to the experience offered by Gmail.

In the online view of a quote, the tier details do not show but when the PDF of the quote is created/shared, the tiers are visible in that document. I don't want that and there is no way to shut that off so that the PDF quote mimics the online quote and does not show the tier breakdown.

Add templates and personalization tokens to quote email

I wish message templates and personalization tokens were available in the native quote email creator. I realize you can leave the quote and create an email via CRM and have access to both functions but now the email loses the highly-visible, CTA button for "review and e-sign quote."

I could add a linked button image in a message template but then it's an image that could get blocked by a recipient's email service, and overall, it's messier.

Templates and personalization exist. Would be awesome to bring them into Quotes as well.

It would be a great addition if AI with Brand Voice was available for personal responses to a ticket or a received email. This allows better external communication with 'one voice' and helps helpdesk employees to communicate effectively.

Allow Team Conditional Asssocaitions in Deal Create Form

On the deal create form we need to set conditional logic based on the team as some properties are only relevant to certain teams. Currently you can only do this by owner which is extremely painful if you have large teams.

Add reminder scheduling directly on activities and comments

Description:
I would like the ability to set reminders directly on CRM activities and comments without having to create separate tasks.
Today, when we log or view an activity (call, meeting, note, email, etc.) or add a comment on a record, there is no native way to turn that specific item into a reminder. Instead, users must manually create a separate follow-up task and then reference the activity/comment, which adds friction and increases the risk of things being missed.

Proposed feature:
Allow users to click on any activity or comment and choose “Set reminder”.
Provide a list of predefined reminder times (for example: “In 1 hour”, “Later today”, “Tomorrow”, “Next week”) plus a custom date & time option.
The reminder should appear in the user’s standard HubSpot notification channels (e.g., in-app and/or email, depending on their settings) and Slack, with a direct link back to the exact activity or comment.
Visually indicate on a new reminders icon and in the activity or the comment itself the upcoming reminder, and allow users to edit or cancel the reminder from the same place.

Benefits:
Reduces the need to create separate follow-up tasks for every interaction.
Keeps follow-ups tightly tied to the exact activity or comment for better context.
Improves rep productivity and ensures important conversations or notes are not forgotten.

Easily create designs and content for system emails

I find customizing system emails extremely cumbersome and not very user-friendly.
Why do I need a developer for this? It would be better if marketers who manage the email channel could easily create the design, including the footer, as a template using drag & drop, just like in normal emails.

E.G. subscription-preferences, subscription-confirmation

Lead Scoring in the deal card

It would be great to be able to add the lead score to the deal card preview directly in the pipeline OR be able to modify the automated deal score.

I have custom properties, some of the things the AI considers are not important to us, so the deal score is not helping, and the lead score is the one we end up using.

Payment Schedule / Installments

Today, the Payment Schedule (installments) feature only exists in the legacy quotes tool. In the new CPQ / Commerce Hub quoting experience, there is no native way to split the quote total into multiple installments with different due dates (e.g. 30/60/90 days).

In our use case (Brazil), it’s very common to work with:

Down payment + 2 or 3 installments (30/60/90 days);
Percentage-based split (e.g. 40% on acceptance, 30% on partial delivery, 30% on project completion);
Installments tied to project milestones.
It would be extremely helpful to have, in the new quotes experience, an equivalent of the legacy Payment Schedule, allowing us to configure:

Number of installments;
Amount or % per installment;
Due date (fixed date or milestone-based);
Clear display of these installments to the customer on the quote.
Without this, we have to describe in a manual way the payment structure only in “Terms and conditions”
