      <title>Dynamic Marketing Email ID</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently sending marketing email information through a webhook, and I am receiving the subject line, the To, and the From. I am trying to send the content of the email, but have been unable to do so. Since I can not send the content, I want to send the Web version URL for the email, and have been told to use&lt;BR /&gt;GET - /marketing/v3/emails/{emailId}&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am writing to see if there is a way to make the {emailID} dynamic and pull the marketing email ID of the email sent to a contact, rather than having a single line of code for each email that I create. I have had no luck with this but would love to be able to send the URL back to my system so I can easily view what email has been sent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Issues with Sending Emails to Gmail client</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm looking for maybe some assistance or extra wisdom from HubSpot pros, but I'm currently facing a very odd issue that I'm unsure how to adjust and fix.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My organization sends out monthly newsletters to our subscriber base of over 5,000 people. These people are engaged with emails, and our newsletter comes in a template format as seen &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://resources.nephcure.org/2026-patient-summit-and-new-mission?ecid=&amp;amp;utm_campaign=35282718-2026%20Newsletters&amp;amp;utm_source=hs_email&amp;amp;utm_medium=email&amp;amp;_hsenc=p2ANqtz-8bToK4zPIh7khCQHBQ1mkBilzOpHn-dks8-OYivC1B-PrO3ABm49kRJGrvpRH9Z9kD-IGP" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Recently, or January newsletter had an alarmingly low open rate, and by client, it showed Gmail at the lowest, with less than 1% of opens. Usually, previous newsletters show these opens specifically from Gmail anywhere between 60-70%, so the sudden drop by email client was outstanding and alarming.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our click-through rate was at a 29.9% as well, if that information is helpful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm unsure how this happened or why, I've heard Gmail has been stricter in their spam policies, but we follow all necessary regulations and are compliant in everything we do. We use MxToolbox to diagnose potential domain and authentication issues, but we've seen nothing troubling at all from the domain end. We also have used Google Postmaster to see if we are landing places we shouldn't be, but even then, our spam rate is 0.0% and our deliverability and encryption is reading as completely fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have any advice or guidance? I'm happy to answer any questions for clarification as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That lack of clarity has cost a lot of time and unnecessary effort.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a marketing leader without an internal dev or ops team to rely on, I’m often left trying to navigate technical solutions on my own. Observe the cross-origin frame access errors&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Root Cause Analysis:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The errors originate from these functions in conversations-embed.js:&lt;BR /&gt;- handleWindowResize (line 17026)&lt;BR /&gt;- handleStoreMessagesCookie (line 16275)&lt;BR /&gt;- handleIframeLoad (line 13941)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These functions appear to be attempting direct DOM access to the parent frame from within the HubSpot iframe, which violates the browser's Same-Origin Policy. This is blocked regardless of Content-Security-Policy settings because CSP controls resource loading, not cross-origin JavaScript access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Expected Behavior:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HubSpot scripts should use postMessage() API exclusively for all cross-origin communication and should include proper error handling with try/catch blocks to prevent console errors when direct frame access is (correctly) blocked by the browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Suggested Fix:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have an operation in the service hub that require us to send proactive Whatsapp messages and we are getting too many errors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are already able to do send proactive messages, but the problem is that we are receiving too many errors and after investigation I checked that even the message showing this following error: (&lt;SPAN&gt;This message cannot be sent because WhatsApp has limited the number of marketing template messages sent from any business account that this number can receive in a 24 hour period. Please try again at another time.), the user is receiving the message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The real problem is that this shows that we can not trust this error. What if the message was not really delivered?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does someone have problems with that too? Is there something that we can do to change that and be able to stop those errors?
