OP, good luck. They leaned into AI enablement too early with a single goal - headcount reduction.

The SG team are great, when available. AMs and enablement team not much better. If they still EXIST.

They now gate us through their AI Agent which is already LEGACY, still hallucinates, produces out of date guidance, and loops on root inputs/outputs.

Not enough memory or, to keep the shareholders happy, not buying enough GPU.

Then, I'm guessing they took a first run 2+ years ago at RLHF, a raw AI model that, at the time, might've been all they had. It's technically accurate but practically useless or even dangerous. still need human intelligence, at least for now.

So the goal to reduce human capital is our cross to bear and they ran after it prematurely.

If you've used their AI assistant to any degree, it would be evident to you. Horrible.

I'm guessing their AI enablement teams are at their wits end. I've only touched the tip of this iceberg. What lies below the waterline is likely Herculean on proportion to what I've shared.

As a small business operator, who has been quite ill this year, I have fallen completely off the HubSpot sales radar, and my upgrade has not been finalised (nor have I had access to my onboarding.

So over the Christmas/New Year period, with the 24/7 Hubspot support, I was looking forward to getting this resolved and set up for the new calendar year.

But NO, even though it is not a public holiday, there is zero access to technical support in Australia, and sales support is nearly a week away. So much for a better start for me in 2026. A FAIL from my perspective from a major global tech company.

I would love to learn more, but the setup instructions link to the Knowledge Base Article does not work. You get a HubSpot Knowledge Base page that says "Even the things we love break sometimes. Thanks for your patience while we put the pieces back together."
