      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for a way I can view which contacts viewed a specific landing page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For example, we are currently running a campaign and just sent out letters with a link to one of our hubspot landing pages, we want to know what the best way to track which contacts viewed that page. We are also sending emails out that link to the landing page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only people in our CRM are receiving this letter/emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a report I can build that can let me easily view these people too?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Auto association of deals</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m working with custom&amp;nbsp;properties&amp;nbsp;(data type currency) on deals and noticed a mismatch between the UI and the API.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When creating a currency property, you can enable “Use record currency instead of company currency”, but this setting doesn’t seem to be exposed via the Properties API.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When retrieving deal data:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;the property value is returned as a number only&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;there’s no indication of whether it uses company currency or the deal currency for this specific property&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the public APIs, how can we retrieve the right currency that's being used by the property? /properties only expose showCurrencySymbol and /objects/0-3/{id} only expose deal_currency_code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or is there another way to determine which currency applies to a specific property value?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any clarification!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We are working with a local mailing company to send out direct mail letters and we are exporting data from hubspot, to give them the address's however we want to log an activity on the companies we have mailed so it shows in the middle column just like the calls / emails etc.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We recently implemented HubSpot in our company and are having significant difficulty setting user visibility permissions for companies, contacts, and deals due to the complex structure of our organization.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our situation:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are over 30 teams in our organization. Some users work in several teams simultaneously.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We want to limit visibility of companies, contacts, and deals to the members of the teams they belong to, plus the managers who oversee those teams.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Current issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- There are salespeople who operate in several teams. Due to how HubSpot works, people from one of these teams can see the companies, contacts, and transactions of that salesperson relating to another team IRL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- These salespeople operating in several teams must choose a primary team, and all their companies, contacts, and deals are always saved to that one primary team. They would like to be able to decide where to save the record.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- By giving managers who actively work in the system access to multiple teams, people from those teams can see the companies, contacts, and transactions of the managers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to work around this situation so that users can cooperate within teams, but without giving too much visibility to their objects to users who should not see them?&lt;BR /&gt;We are unable to create separate teams. Too many users work in several teams at the same time IRL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Another problem is that if a user does not have visibility of a contact or company and trades with the same contact or company as another team, a problem arises because they cannot create it in the system and cannot see it either. They receive the message ‘The entry must be unique’.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any proven or innovative ideas for solving these problems?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our idea for solving the company problem is to create a custom ‘Company 2’ object that would be visible to everyone in the system, and no transactions would be added to it; it would only be a very limited object informing whether such a company is in the system and who owns it. A user wishing to trade with this company would have to ask its owner to grant them access to the real Company object.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would be very grateful for any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi HubSpot Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Previously, HubSpot had a feature that allowed us to track a website visitor’s full journey on a connected website.&lt;BR /&gt;In the contact record, it showed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pages the user visited before submitting a form&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;The exact page where the form was submitted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Main form fields like name, email, and phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently, I’m unable to see this information the same way, and I’m not sure if the feature is disabled, moved, or requires additional settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone please guide me on:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to enable website user journey tracking in HubSpot?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any specific settings, tools, or subscription requirements needed for this feature?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for your support!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Report that inlcudes the deal name and associated companies</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some times our deals can have two associated companies. For example, deal 12345 has two associated companies, one is Company ABC, the assoiation lable is ¨primary company¨, and the other associated company is Company DEF, the association lable would be "end user".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I need to create a report, which is a table, that includes the next columnes: the deal name, Primary company name, and end user company name.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So now in my report, I have the next columns:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="EmilyHanMo_0-1769015147483.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/166440i80A3D4C2CA070C14/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="EmilyHanMo_0-1769015147483.png" alt="EmilyHanMo_0-1769015147483.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I don´t know how to make the first company name filtered by the association label "primary company" and then the second company name filtered by "end user".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me to create this report.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;BR /&gt;I'm working with a client and I'm trying to improve their potetnial cusrtomers experice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the user's flow:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lead submits a (HS) form that is embedded in the customer's website under his domain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the lead submits the form, he is redirected to a (HS) meeting link - Where he need to submit his details one more time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is what I would like to change/improve.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the lead already submitted a HS form (and his details are stored in the CRM), is there a way to pre-populate these values in the meeting link that the lead is redirected right after the form submission?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot create products – required price field is disabled after downgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our HubSpot account previously had a paid subscription with multicurrency enabled. Now we are on the free tools.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We’re experiencing the following issue: &lt;STRONG&gt;we cannot create a new product in the Product Library&lt;/STRONG&gt;, because the creation form contains a required system field:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;“Enter your product’s flat-rate unit price.” (Required)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This field is currently &lt;STRONG&gt;disabled (greyed out)&lt;/STRONG&gt;, so we cannot type any value into it, but HubSpot still requires it to be filled in order to save the product.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What we’ve already done:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings → Account defaults → Currency&lt;/STRONG&gt; we can't archive other currency and left only one Company currency.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings → Properties → Product properties&lt;/STRONG&gt; we created our own numeric price property (currency format) and added it to the product creation form.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The form shows our custom price field and we can fill it in, but we still cannot save the product, because the system “flat-rate unit price” field is empty and disabled.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It looks like a legacy / bug from the previous multicurrency setup after the downgrade: the system field remained Required, but became non-editable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We kindly ask you to:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Either re-enable this system field so that we can manually enter a value&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Or remove its Required status / remove it from the product creation form&lt;/STRONG&gt;, so we can rely on our own custom price property.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
