Before developing anything inside of HubSpot, have you considered fine-tuning the quarantine settings in your email provider settings? Both Google and Microsoft allow this - and it would be far easier and cleaner to automatically quarantine emails based on keywords there than in HubSpot directly.

Within HubSpot, workflow can't directly delete emails / conversation inbox entries, so this would require a custom code workflow action based on the HubSpot API that triggers after the fact. Not having these spam emails land in HubSpot to begin with, by configuring your quarantine / email policies would not let that happen at all.

Unable to connect Facebook Ads to HubSpot – OAuth loop despite full permissions

Hi,

I’m trying to connect Facebook Ads to HubSpot (free account), but the OAuth authorization keeps failing.

I have full control over:

– Meta Business Portfolio

– Facebook Page

– Ad Account (owned by the same business, not shared)

– Pixel

When I click “Continue as [my name]” in the Meta permissions window, I’m redirected back and the connection fails with no error message.

I already removed HubSpot from Facebook Business Integrations, disconnected Ads in HubSpot, tried incognito browsers, and reconnected from scratch.

Ad Account ID: [ID]

Could a HubSpot moderator please reset the Facebook Ads OAuth connection or advise if there’s a known issue?

Adding onto this - apparently there is a private beta for Meeting Enrollment into Workflows as a primary object (not associated) coming out soon which would be revolutionary as the above workaround wouldn't be required, and you could re-enroll Meetings in Workflows.

How to auto-filter spam emails in HubSpot conversations inbox workflows?

Hi community,

We’re receiving a high volume of spam emails in our Conversations inboxes with subjects like “TOP Rankings on Google” and similar SEO offers. I’d like your help to understand how we can automatically identify and remove these messages using workflows.

Our goal is:

To automatically detect incoming emails in our Conversations inboxes whose subject (and/or body) contains specific keywords (e.g. “TOP Rankings on Google”, “rank #1 on Google”, etc.).
To ensure this only applies to emails received in our shared inboxes (info@…, support@…), and does not affect normal emails logged from our sales reps or customer replies.
To automatically close/delete those conversations or tickets and optionally tag the associated contacts as spam so we can clean them up in bulk.

We have the following subscription:

Marketing Hub Enterprise (with additional marketing contacts)
Sales Hub Professional
Data Hub Professional
Dedicated IP Add-on
Domains Limit Increase

In the workflow triggers I currently only see “Email events” related to marketing/sales emails (clicked, opened, delivered, etc.), but I don’t see any trigger that lets me use the subject of inbound emails to the Conversations inbox as enrollment criteria.

Could you please confirm:

Whether there is currently a way (or any recommended workaround) to build workflows based on the subject/body of inbound emails to Conversations inbox and restrict them to specific inbox addresses.
If this is only available for certain object types (e.g. ticket-based or conversation-based workflows), how we can enable or configure those in our portal.
If it is not yet possible, what you recommend as best practice to handle and auto-filter this kind of spam in Conversations.

Meta Lead Ads Page connections are consistently removed 24–72 hours after successful authorization, even when authenticated by the Page-owning Business Manager using a personal Facebook profile. Lead forms are not modified.

Could you provide more details as to which spam issue exactly you are facing? What type of spam submissions are you receiving? What did HubSpot support instruct you to setup?

In general, the recent wave of spam submissions with contacts that have alphanumeric first and last names was solved in the portals that I manage through this beta: https://app-eu1.hubspot.com/l/product-updates/?rollout=224926

If you have completed all of these steps and are still facing issues, can you please share some examples of spam submissions you're receiving?

Could you be a bit more specific, which dashboard are you referring to - which filters does it have set?

Generally, reports refresh according to the frequencies shared here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/how-often-do-analytics-in-hubspot-update

If you find that they consistently don't and if there is no filter on the report that could cause this, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly in-app via chat or email.

I’m troubleshooting a HubSpot form that sometimes fails to submit when users are on slower or unstable connections. The page just hangs or throws a vague error, which makes it hard to tell whether it’s a validation problem, a script timeout, or something related to network speed.

While testing this, I was comparing behavior across different internet packages, and it seems the issue shows up more often when bandwidth or latency isn’t great.

Has anyone here dealt with form reliability issues like this on HubSpot? Do you usually look first at script loading, timeout settings, or client-side validation when connections aren’t ideal?

Issues with Sending Emails to Gmail client

Hello!

I'm looking for maybe some assistance or extra wisdom from HubSpot pros, but I'm currently facing a very odd issue that I'm unsure how to adjust and fix.

My organization sends out monthly newsletters to our subscriber base of over 5,000 people. These people are engaged with emails, and our newsletter comes in a template format as seen here.

Recently, or January newsletter had an alarmingly low open rate, and by client, it showed Gmail at the lowest, with less than 1% of opens. Usually, previous newsletters show these opens specifically from Gmail anywhere between 60-70%, so the sudden drop by email client was outstanding and alarming.

Our click-through rate was at a 29.9% as well, if that information is helpful.

I'm unsure how this happened or why, I've heard Gmail has been stricter in their spam policies, but we follow all necessary regulations and are compliant in everything we do. We use MxToolbox to diagnose potential domain and authentication issues, but we've seen nothing troubling at all from the domain end. We also have used Google Postmaster to see if we are landing places we shouldn't be, but even then, our spam rate is 0.0% and our deliverability and encryption is reading as completely fine.

Does anyone have any advice or guidance? I'm happy to answer any questions for clarification as well.

Just curious how the Webflow --> HubSpot migration worked for you? I own our website as the director, but we are a small team and work with agencies. I dislike Webflow quite a bit and am exploring the idea of moving to HubSpot's Content Hub.

Any hidden mines you stepped on during the migration?

Did HubSpot have all the features you needed?

How long did it take?
