      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a course certificate that does dot appear anymore on my profile. It is the one from inbound marketing course and I have an email from HubSpot that confirms i got the certification on 31st of march 2024, so i should still have it because it has a 2 year time frame.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i tried everyting that HubBot advised me to to. My emails match.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do have any ideas? When I log in, it says I don't have a portal and need to make a new account. I am doing this within an hour of receiving the email. I have until the 29th per the email but everything seems to be gone already. Chat told me I lost my free tier CRM on 1/21, which is fine, but can I keep my account with my certifications? I’m using a free EN‑US business account for the course.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On the upgrade page, under Sales Hub, both Calling and HubSpot-provided phone numbers are blank. In Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Calling, the Get started button for HubSpot Calling is locked with a padlock. From the documentation, this seems to mean my free plan does not include the HubSpot Calling tool.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Because of this, I cannot complete the “Make a Call in HubSpot” practical exercise, which requires using the HubSpot Calling tool from a contact record.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Confirm whether this “Make a Call in HubSpot” exercise is strictly required to obtain the Sales Hub Software certification in my account; and&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it is required, let me know if there is an alternative way to satisfy it or if it can be waived, given that my plan does not include calling?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Even if it is restricted under the free plan, I would still like the opportunity to complete a version of this exercise (for example, in an Academy exercise portal or other environment) to expand my knowledge and get hands‑on practice with the calling workflow.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope you’re all doing well. I’m new to HubSpot and currently exploring the HubSpot Academy learning paths. I’ve selected the Account Setup category and see a lot of available content, but I’m unsure about the best order to start and follow.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd really appreciate any guidance on the recommended learning sequence, or if this issue is already addressed, please redirect me there.&lt;/P&gt;

To your inquiry, the only asset in this course that is not completed is the final exam. With that said, I have attempted to take this exam in my own personal account, and I am able to complete the exam as-expected. This confirms that there is no issue with the course itself.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please try accessing this course in an incognito window, as well as another browser (if you have access to another browser)? I'm also wondering if you have any extensions currently enabled in your Chrome browser. This will sometimes cause loading issues.
