Add rolling date range and different frequency (day/week/month) to list segment chart

Submitting this idea on behalf of a user:

Currently, segment size is default fixed to daily frequency reporting and there is no rolling date range available to view total segment size.

Adding any date property in a custom or single object report would report on the flow of contacts added or removed in that date range, but not a total comparison count of people in my segment today vs people in my segment 7 days ago.
would be great to make this possible and to add more snapshot metrics in general, as it helps a lot with business reporting.

Allow Contacts search field to search across all properties, including custom properties. We store important IDs / membership numbers / custom fields and need quick lookup via the main search.

Alternatively, consider providing an option for users to create a custom currency code, such as a simple dollar sign ($). This would allow users like brodiesutton and myself, who operate solely in one country, to avoid the clutter of cumbersome currency codes throughout their CRM.

This is a critical issue with the default setup of CES surveys that makes it so that we absolutely cannot deploy default CES surveys due to the quantity of tickets a single contact may put in within a given timeframe.

Allow Custom Object Association Search by Multiple Properties (e.g. SKU, External ID)

Problem

When associating records for custom objects, the association search modal only searches the object’s primary display property (record name).

For standard objects like Contacts, users can search by multiple identifiers (e.g. name or email). This flexibility does not exist for custom objects, even when those objects rely on alternative unique identifiers such as SKUs or external IDs.

This limitation significantly impacts usability for teams managing large volumes of custom object records.

Use Case

We use a custom object (e.g. Tracks) that includes:

Track Name
Track SKU (unique)

When associating this object to Deals, users often know the SKU, not the record name. Today, the only workaround is to concatenate multiple values into the record name (e.g. Track Name – SKU), which:

Reduces data normalization
Requires additional workflows or imports
Is not always desirable for reporting or UI clarity

Proposed Solution

Allow admins to configure additional searchable properties for custom object association pickers.

Examples:

Select one or more properties to be searchable in association modals
Mark properties as “Searchable for associations”
Support unique identifiers such as SKU, External ID, or custom text fields

This would bring custom objects closer to feature parity with standard objects and greatly improve UX.

Business Impact

Faster and more accurate record associations
Reduced user frustration and training overhead
Cleaner data models (no forced composite record names)
Better scalability for product catalogs, assets, SKUs, and external-system records

Workarounds Today (Not Ideal)

Concatenating multiple fields into the record name
Relying on workflows or API updates to maintain display names
Training users to search only by record name

These are functional but brittle and increase operational complexity.

Summary

Custom objects are designed for advanced CRM use cases, but the current association search behavior limits their effectiveness. Adding configurable, multi-property search support would be a high-impact, low-friction improvement for admins and end users alike.

Property description in a "tooltip" on object records

When we work with multiple users on HubSpot and they need to read object records or fill out object creation form, they must document some properties and sometimes, they don't know what's the property details and information. They must ask to an admin or go in the property settings to read the property description. We should have an Info-Icon with a property description or tooltip available when we hover with our mouse.

Something we can set in HubSpot forms. It must be possible to have that in object records and everywhere we can preview objects informations in HubSpot.

Convert "Updated by User ID" ticket property to HubSpot User type

I'm trying to capture who is making changes to our tickets at specific points in time and need to copy the "Updated by User ID" property to a HubSpot User property in a workflow. This isn't possible right now because "Updated by User ID" is a number type field that captures the User ID and that doesn't mean anything to us.

Current use case: I want to capture the user that's escalating a ticket from our Tier 1 to Tier 2 pipeline. Plan is to copy the "Updated by User ID" property to a HubSpot User property whenever a ticket enters the Tier 2 pipeline and was previously in the Tier 1 pipeline.

I'd like either the "Updated by User ID" property to be converted from a number property that captures the user's ID to a HubSpot User property or create a new property called "Last updated by" that is a HubSpot User type field.

Yesss, I second and 3rd this! We've been putting "*" on the one to contasct so we know, but it can get tedious.

Please allow for rearranging contacts- people move in, get demoted or promoted and retire EVERYDAY

With all that is happening in AI world, I feel HubSpot is adding more "cosmetic" than what people ask "usable things".
Adding sitemap editor, or simple file to root (txt, html, xml) - for many custom reason in 2026 doesn’t quite add up

Alerts when Hubspot comments/tags are not responded to

When comments are not responded to by the person tagged, can we have notificitations that remind everyone on the thread to respond?

Or could there be a way for a rep to see all unresponded tags/comments?

Our CSMs are getting a TON from other teams. It would be great to give them a way to filter accounts to unresolved threads. Threads get lost easy with high volume.

This seems like a layup for a tool designed to manage customer relationships. Collab posts is an unmatched source for strengthening and growing brand relationships online. Not having access to collab functionality is a notable gap that drastically limits the effectiveness of managing social media relationships. Especially for anyone managing multiple accounts for brands that oftern work together.

We work with various different Business Lines and Brands within one account. It would be great to be able to display only users by Team, at least, to be able to make the selection only what is relevant for that line of business.

Save Quick Filters in Company View

IT has been way to long. We cannot save/customize quick filters in our default company views.

when looking at all companies, I should be able to add and remove the quick filters and Hubspot should remember the quick filter i added.

Also this is something we need to be able to configure on the default views (Even if they're hubspot supported) because the team needs easy access to some of our widley used custom fields like company "Status" etc.

Wooo hoooo HubSpot finally listen to the community after 6 years - this is a breakthrough for everyone visiting now (but it has only been submitted for consideration so don't get too excited yet)..................!!!! For as long as I am involved in implementing marketing/sales systems (and I have implemented HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce (Mardot and MC), NetSuite and D365 offerings over many years on behalf of clients)..... HubSpot will always be front of memory for them not listening to what the community actually wants or needs. What is the role of HubSpot's product team, if it is not to listen to their community !

I am literally going through this right now. I had made a post over a month ago but I decided to delete it and now I want to remember exactly what I had written in the description for marketing purposes. I don't know why HubSpot hasn't implemented this feature yet!
