      <title>My certification does not appear on my profile</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a course certificate that does dot appear anymore on my profile. It is the one from inbound marketing course and I have an email from HubSpot that confirms i got the certification on 31st of march 2024, so i should still have it because it has a 2 year time frame.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i tried everyting that HubBot advised me to to. My emails match.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do have any ideas? When I log in, it says I don't have a portal and need to make a new account. I am doing this within an hour of receiving the email. I have until the 29th per the email but everything seems to be gone already. Chat told me I lost my free tier CRM on 1/21, which is fine, but can I keep my account with my certifications? I’m using a free EN‑US business account for the course.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On the upgrade page, under Sales Hub, both Calling and HubSpot-provided phone numbers are blank. In Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Calling, the Get started button for HubSpot Calling is locked with a padlock. In some attempts, the page stops responding entirely and even causes the Chrome browser to crash.       <title>How can I update my name on my certification in HubSpot?</title>

      <title>CMS for Developers II Practicum asks for unavailable content</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am trying to finish the CMS for Developers II: Best Practices certification course and am stuck on the Practicum. The instructions say: "&lt;SPAN&gt;This practicum is an extension of the original CMS for Developers practicum. You should use your original CMS for Developers practicum as a starting point for this one."&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My issue is that the original CMS for Developers course was already sunset and there is no replacement for that content, or the original practicum materials, so I have no basis for submitting the level II assignment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this content is not going to be replaced, can this requirement be removed/waived from this course? I already completed the certification exam and this is a very confusing roadblock.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On a side note, I don't see the point of having a level II course without the level I version. I think bringing both courses up to date would be helpful.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Practical Exercises with Limited Data and Hubs</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was an operations manager in my last role at a finance company and worked with a consultant on our HubSpot build out prior to being laid off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really fell in love with the functionality and reporting that HubSpot has so I recently began the HubSpot Reporting Certification class on my own and I do not have access to any sort of customer data, outside of my own personal gmail contacts.&amp;nbsp; I have also signed up for the free trial of Sales and Marketing Hub Professional.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get the most out of the Practical Exercises, I think you need to have some actual data in your environment so you can truly see the different aspects of the reporting tools.&amp;nbsp; With just 35 contacts all imported from my gmail account, it's very difficult to see the scope of the reporting practical exercises - epecially if none have deals associated, all are created from gmail sync, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it at all possible to get sample data into your environment so I can actually test these different reporting tools and functionalities?&amp;nbsp; I currently feel like the practical exercises are quite pointless with the limited amount of data I have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another concern I'm having is that in order to create a HubSpot CJA report (practical exercise for Unveiling Insights with Customer Journey Reports) you NEED to have Marketing Hub Enterprise.&amp;nbsp; I cannot move forward with this practical exercise without Marketing Hub Enterprise, so I am wondering how does someone complete this Practical Exercise without MHE?&amp;nbsp; I did not see anything on the HubSpot website that would allow me a free trial of MHE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
